MLDS assists you in preparing your documents using Microsoft’s subscription service, Microsoft 365. The following are the document preparation needs that we can meet to ensure accuracy and efficiency:

- Completing
These activities form our core services and therefore are a function of how we interact with you as a client. In our questionnaire, you will be able to select from a list of MLDS service-interactions that you are proposing.
Our software subscription, Office 365, combines Microsoft’s existing business-suited products into a single licence. We use that licence to organize, edit and complete your work for you.

Operating under the umbrella organization of McIntoshLinguistics, this new line of business offers unique benefits and envisions a completely new advantage within its cohort of other document preparation service providers.
MLDS utilizes the tools and the work of the brand of McIntoshLinguistics. As its learning environment was designed to create unique processes and methods, the organization itself becomes an advantage for MLDS clients.
What we do
We use the established content management methodology of McIntoshLinguistics to achieve the following:
Organizing
Organize your documents or records so that they can be accessed efficiently.
Editing
Edit any supporting documentation and/or correspondence to ensure that they meet communication standards, i.e. grammar, spelling and tone.
Completing
Complete (or fill out) your forms/applications after compiling and/or gathering any required information from you.

How we do what we do
Digital file management
We save your important paper records/documents.
We ensure that your paper forms are complete and uploaded.
Cloud-based storage
We compile and store your files intelligibly, and in one centralized digital space for easy, reliable access.
Client access and permission
While MLDS manages everything for you, we make the process transparent and seamless. This means that we give you complete access so that you can view and validate your own files anytime, or anywhere, in your own virtual classroom-style space. This means that you can see when the work is being done or when it is done!

About the service
Our service is document preparation. But because virtually everything is now stored in the clouds via cloud-based services, MLDS conceptualizes a unique classroom-style approach and discipline for you: your documents are stored and maintained with your specific needs in mind.
This concept assumes that you will need to not only interact with but also access your important documents. We make this concept of both interaction and access a reality within the virtual classroom environment of Microsoft Teams.
About Microsoft as our platform
Microsoft’s subscription service, which is called Microsoft 365, combines Microsoft’s existing business-suited products. We license these products under a single licence that gives us access to Office 365, which is Microsoft’s cloud-based suite of apps and services.
But we don’t want you to have to worry about how to use these products. The focus of our service is to do the work, the organizing, the editing and the completion for you. Then you would access them as any need arises. That way, you can also confirm that the work has been completed according to the service-interaction upon which we would have already agreed.
The benefits
When you choose to become a client of MLDS or McIntoshLinguistics, our umbrella organization, you get your own FREE Office 365 licence. That way, if you already know how to use Microsoft’s products, you can do your own work and save it to your own digital space that we would create for you and to which we would also give you access.
Your FREE licence will give you access to Microsoft’s suite of cloud-based apps and services, but most importantly, it will allow you to see, appreciate and validate the work that MLDS is doing for you.

MLDS proposes to be a custodian of the documents that we create for you. Then you would use them to interact with (whether for personal and/or business reasons or processes) government agencies and/or their online accounts, and with other organizations or business entities.
