Writer of stories with strong characters that are defined by strong writing and themes, and who reinforces the power of communication.
A thematic series of novels
A thematic series of novels called The Barred-Spiral Trilogy compares a mother’s influence to the motions in a spiral galaxy that has a central bar-shaped structure, wherein it is observed that “bars generally affect . . . the motion of stars within spiral galaxies.” Each novel will focus on the allegory that children, residing within a mother’s galaxy of influence, are the stars. But they are affected by the motions—the events in their own lives and every encounter therein—that mothers effect.
In the second future novel, “The Perfumed Shroud,” Enid Rose has been coping with the death of her day-old newborn. Shortly after her husband’s sudden death, she is now overwhelmed by the sudden disappearance of her twenty-year-old son. When she begins to engage in a strange pastime to cope, it not only puts her and her entire neighourhood at odds, it exposes a fragility between her and her neighbour that will culminate in a deadly situation.
In the third, “Whaleseasons,” Bushnell has just moved his father, Big Busha, out of a nursing home to live with him. Both men hold each other accountable for the death of the woman they both loved: Bushnell’s mother, Bernice. Big Busha is now dying, but Bushnell needs the answers that only his father can provide about the events that precipitated his mother’s death.
Founded and developed education organization
Created and developed McIntoshLinguistics, an organization that houses a unique educational and grammatical editing model. The objective of the organization is to use this model to support educational processes and meet traditional publishing standards. A function of the objective is to create unique processes and methods through grammatical and linguistic studies.
English linguistics and grammar & storytelling
Academic studies of English linguistics and grammar within a narratological and/or storytelling framework is my current sphere of knowledge, my bailiwick.
Through my own organization on the Microsoft platform and via my own website, I use this expertise extensively and eruditely to cover the domain of verbs/verbals (including some of their phenomenons), complex NPs, and the linguistic structure of coordination.
Each sphere of expertise is presented typologically via educational content creation supported by an information architecture and knowledge management framework.

The objective of the organization is to use its educational and grammatical editing model to support educational processes and meet traditional publishing standards. A function of the objective is to create unique processes and methods through grammatical and linguistic studies.
The case for building our editing model is born out of a call for an awareness that there is a burgeoning complacency in matters concerning written communication, a form of storytelling, because of a saturation of generative AI doing the work for us and causing us to miss out on acquiring knowledge.

Developed a pedagogy, a teaching method, that attempts to describe every grammatical and linguistic element in individual writing, from ideas to events, and then create the relationships between these things.
The mandate was to develop a cadre of tools that reflects the organization pedagogy.

Building a case

The Syntactic Analyses Project (The SAP)
The SAP, along with quizzes, put on display the traditional rules of grammar, the goal of which is to encourage grammatical proficiency.
What do we mean by “parsing”?
Parsing is the -ing verbal of the infinitive (untense or uninflected form of a verb) to parse. This process of grammatical division and identification of syntactic function will highlight grammatical form and grammatical function.
Syntax & semantics, orthography and readability elements (SSORE)
The framework of SSORE addresses some of the recurring patterns and different kinds of structures in manuscripts. The following describes how SSORE is incorporated into our copy-editing process and overall model:
- Syntax & Semantics focuses on constituent arrangement (sentence level) and meaning (paragraph/global level), respectively.
- Orthography focuses on spelling, capitalization, hyphenation, word breaks, emphasis (italics) and punctuation (SCHWEP).
- Readability Elements focuses on ensuring that there is a smooth flow and that the text makes sense overall via literary devices, such as comparison, contrast and opposition, rhetoric, syntactic coordination, and different types of agreements including that of subject-verb and antecedent-anaphor (i.e. relative clauses).
Content Creator - Writing
Developed a content management system for writing, an editing system, and publishing solutions. This information architecture involves a classification system for the content itself as well as access to Microsoft Lists. This involves the following:
- Filing taxonomy
- Group and term taxonomy (managed meta data)
- Content sources, i.e. CMS for web posts and Microsoft Teams EDU for virtual education
